Care Packages & Loot Drops

One of the ways we help change people’s lives through role playing games is through partnering with various organizations that utilize games like Dungeons and Dragons to further their goals. Groups that specialize in working with housing-unstable youth, after school programs, or at-risk teens that actively seek to start tabletop gaming programs as a part of their offerings many times don’t know how to start. This is where TTK can help.

Our care package box of holding. I’m telling you a LOT can fit in that tiny box… it’s magic.

We have put together special care packages, packed with everything a program needs to get started running games like Dungeons and Dragons. When a need is seen by one of our Knights, or an organization reaches out to us, we get an understanding of what the greatest needs are, and build a care package that meets the specific need.

What’s in these boxes? For starters the basics, like the D&D Player’s handbook, the DMs guide, pencils, dice, and a DM screen - but that’s usually just the beginning.

Custom story material is an important part of building one of these boxes. Tabletop Knights produces original D&D content for game masters to run. Many times organizations have a specific target audience in sensitive social situations. TTK works with professionals in writing content that encourages, builds up, teaches cooperation and empathy. We tailor specific content to specific organizations and their missions. Sometimes this means avoiding certain kinds of conflict, or focusing on puzzles and situations that require team work and critical thinking.

Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. Our boxes we send out include specific getting started guides, tips on running games with brand new players, pre-generated character sheets, and useful notebooks for keeping track of games. Also every DM needs a little caffeine and snacks right ?
